Answer #1

Social norms can be defined as uwritten rules in a society and therefore telling us how to behave in a particular way that our society would accept it.I have never felt constrained by social norms as they teach us high values as to how one should live a very dignified life.It teaches us to respect the people in the society .Behaviour of a person may not be different with social norms,it is abiding the norms inspite of our behaviour in a particular manner. For example a person may be very aggressive by nature but if he is abiding the social norms he cannot show his aggressive behaviour in public or the society he lives in.He has to follow the social norms.Social norms are changing with the generation.Woen are gaining more power and upper hand in the society in certain cultures.Arranged marriages are slowly replaced by love marriages.
