Answer #1

I have been in a romantic relationship for some time now. After learning about the factors that affect interpersonal attraction, I now realise how the relationship may have developed in the first place. My partner and I studied in the same school and we were very good friends for a long time. We attended the same classes and used to sit on the same bench together. This built up proximity between us. We are not very similar in terms of our personalities but share certain commonalities in terms of socioeconomic status, age and education. I also consider my partner to be quite attractive which is perhaps what initially made me consider him as a prospective date.
