Answer #1

Naturalistic observation involves observation without interfering with the subjects in their natural settings , and collecting the data. Naturalistic observation is a study design where the subjects are studied in their own natural settings without disturbing them, as disturbing them creates confounds in the study.

Here, in this study, the subjects are collected and placed in a room, which is not their natural setting. Placing them in a room or in a lab setting interferes with the basic premise of this design by placing them in an artificial setting. Also, here the participants will be knowing and aware that their sweats are collected and used for experiments research which is another confounding variable.
