Describe a situation (real or fictional) where not having a focused message in your writing could lead to a problem or poor outcome.
The most important aspects of any writing are clarity of message, appropriate vocabulary, flow of the message (organization), intention of the message, suiting the intended audience and relevance. If any of these aspects miss in the message, it would create more confusion and create unnecessary problems among those who are involved. That’s why in the social media, or even in a personal conversation, people say that was not they indented to do.
Once we three friends worked on a project. The project was nearing its completion date. One of my friends kept skipping the deadlines and tasks allocated by just sending a mail stating that he couldn’t do the project anymore. We were shocked and kept calling them but he didn’t pick up the call. He kept sending a mail stating that he won’t be able to continue and we both were confused. We thought he was just being lazy and didn’t want to put that effort. We replied his emails scolding him. Later, we came to know that he met with an accident and didn’t want to let’s know and feel bad for him. We told him that had he written to us about his accident all these misunderstanding wouldn’t have happened and we could have helped him.
