2. The greatest physical effect of stress is change in sex drive because our body try to divert direct reaction of stress. Most of people experience change in their sexual desire. Change in sexual drive is a sign of psychological problems.

3. Stress reactivity because fight & flight is a response which is a reaction of our body in very stressful condition to save our body from the condition.

4. Stress reactivity ; strain because stress caused stomach cramps as serious stress restrict the blood flow causing oxygen deficit & ultimately cramps. It is the reaction of stress. And strain is how much her body has been affected.
