In my opinion there are three ways to respond a change in organization. These reactions are-Embrace the change-There are about 20 percent of the people in an organization who embrace the change in its merits.

Resist the change-There are about 20 percent of people who resist the change in organization irrespective of its meets.

Wait and Watch-About 60 percent of the people in organization will wait and see before adopting a position

It is possible that each reactions to change may takes place during all stages of Change process.
