We can address racism, classism, ableism, ageism, heterosexism, and sexism in groups by advocacy i.e. raising our voice against these issues. For this we can generate awareness by making use of the media such as newspaper, tv or internet. We can also make use of the social media to generate mass awareness against these issues. We can actively lobby for shaping of polices against these issues. In our workplace we can talk to the administration to have polices to ensure that these practices are not present in the workplace.
