Answer #1

One of the most important things one needs to be happy is to be healthy because health is wealth. A healthy mind dwells in a healthy body, so I would suggest my friend to maintain a healthy life style by doing enough exercise, taking healthy food and avoiding alcohol and other drugs. Secondly, I would suggest my friend to plan things before acting because well planned is half done. If something is not planned well and executed well, it would bring more sadness and problems. If it is planned well, it would be also executed well and this in return would bring more happiness. Finally, I would suggest him to maintain good relationship with all those who are close to my friend because maintaining good relationship will help one remain happy or it would bring more trouble.
