Two types of survey methods are?
According to the instrumentation, the survey can be catograsied into two methods, questionnaire, and interview.
1. The Questionnaire - This method is a paper-and-pencil instrument, it means this is the instrument that comprises of a set of a question to be asked to the people participating in the survey. Regardless of a paper-and-pencil method, this can be done face-to-face or through telephone. Online surveys are also part of this method.
2. Interview - This is the method completed by the interviewer based on the respondents. In this method, there are no prior sets of questions. The question is asked, based on the respondent. This is far more personal than the questionnaire. The interviewer is free to ask follow-up questions.
