A difference in culture might impact the relationship a coach has with a team member as in some cultures people may be expressive and extrovert while in others they may be introvert. Something may be acceptable in a culture while in another culture it may not be acceptable. For example, some dresses may be acceptable in a culture; while they may not be acceptable in another culture and people may be too sensitive about their cultures and this may make it difficult for a coach have a healthy relationship with a team member.
