Coma:

Coma is prolonged state of deep unconciousness due to caused severe injuries.Coma is state of prolonged unconciousness where person is alive but are unable to respond in surrounding environment.

PVS:

A persistent vegetative state is a disorder of conciousness in which patient severe brain damage are in a state of arousal rather than true awarness.patients in a vegetative state may have awoken from coma but still have regained awreness but completely lack of cognitive funtion.

MCS:

A minimally concious state is a concious disorder distinct from PVS. Patients with MCS have pertial preservation of concious awareness.its demonstrated cognitive mediated behaiour but occur in inconsistently.

Potential Risk of long term brain injury:

Long term brain injury produce both acute and more chronic consequences that lead to permanent disorder, that lead to increase long term mortality and reduced life expectation.various pathological disorder also have suffered like sleep disorder,, neurodegenerative diseases, and psychritic disorder.

ethical issue is very controversary problem. Some doctor stated that people should give more time to recover from tthis condition and should not allowed to end his life but it's not possible to alive artificially in longer time rather then ending life is better decisions.
