1. Some of the challenges being faced during the pandemic are as follows:-
   • Not being able to follow the study curriculum.
   • Not being able to socialize with friends.
   • Not being able to go out to engage in any fitness-related activities.
     
2. Some of the realizations during the pandemic as follows:-
   • That lockdown and stay-at-home orders could have significant effects on the mental health of individuals.
   • Working out during the lockdown is really essential for the maintenance of physique and fitness.
     
3. Some of the things that I look forward to after the pandemic are as follows:-
   • Meeting friends that I am not able to connect with during the lockdown.
   • Re-engaging with fitness-related activities.
   • Going to the movies and restaurants.
