Distraction are an inadvertent part of one's ordeal of making decision and concentration, with respect to matter of importance, which should be prioritized. The distraction can be overcome by having a more funnel approach towards a given situation at hand which would prevent the spillover of mental faculties into other unnecessary domains.

The distinction between the important and not important can be made by having a time matrix which can help distinguish between matters which are urgent and important as opposed to those which are probably important but not urgent and thoese which are probably not important and not urgent.

Having creating a bouncer can help focus when the mind starts wearing of into territories which are of no importance for the given situation.
