Answer #1

Human nature deal with the particular characteristics- including ways of thinking, feeling, and acting which humans tend to have inherently.

Natural law and the idea of natural human rights assume that there is a common origin to the human experience - that we are accomplished with basic efficiency, that we share common motive, and that we value and enjoy a common set of inherent goods. In short, natural law and human rights rest upon an objectives account of human nature. One way of putting this to say that human nature is discovered by us through the use of reason and that human nature is not created by us or constructed by society Not all wise man believe, however, that there is such a thing as human nature. Natural law requires as a presumption, that human beings have enduring, identifiable natures, which in turn requires some kind of realism.
