Answer #1

One of the toughest jobs in the world is Human Resource manager because understanding and managing a machine is far better than understanding and managing a human being due to the human being’s complex nature. An interview will only give an overview of the person’s knowledge and even skills but it gives less information about the person’s personality and attitude towards the job. They may perform well in the task but they might not gel with the environment thus becoming a liability on the long run. They may show less honesty, integrity and discipline over a period of time. So, as a HR manager I would like to see more into the attitudes and intentions rather than their knowledge and skills.
