Answer- The difference between task performance and organizational citizenship performance can be described as-

1- Task Performance- The term task performance describes how an individual works on a given task. Task performance refers to transforming raw materials into goods and services which are related to the work and show the core technical skills of a person.

2- Organizational Citizenship Performance- Organizational citizenship behaviour refers to a person's loyalty towards an organization. A person shows his voluntary dedication towards a company which is not related to his contractual job.
