1. I am a member of a non-government organization that works on the aged people who are helpless. I am a member of the general body of the organization. All the members have some specific duty. My duty is to talk personally with the aged people to know their needs and problems. In the general meeting I places my report and give proposal what should be done. All the time my proposal is not accepted as I am said that there is problem of funding.

2. It is a group activity. One can not do all. It is a joint venture. Naturally there is no need to buy in to the goal of the organization. One should do his duty. He does not need to dedicate wholly because there is chance of getting shock. He must do what is given and he should do it faithfully.
