When working in a community setting, it is important that the leader should be having a a clear approach. Most of the skills of transactional leadership are such that they would be self centered and would be dominating on the team. But it is important to remember that while treating the community, a person cannot be self centered.though, some people might not be motivated enough, and it may be required that motivation be provided. In such. A case, transformational leadership helps, as the leader may provide extrinsic motivation so that the team member would be motivated to work well. Also, they would be provided with rewards for their actions.

Further, transactional leadership helps as it would impart the empathy and the subtle approach that a community irked should be having. The team members are taught to be having a clear vision,along with interacting with people.
