As culturally aware mental health counselors what components of Social Class, within the United States, that includes Socioeconomic status, income, education, and children transitioning to adulthood from within these classes, upward and downward social mobility. Must we be mindful of in order to provide the best possible therapeutic outcome?

What social injustice do various social classes face and what can be done to help advocate for change to provide social justice?

Social justice issues can occur in relation to practically any aspect of society where inequality can arise as a result of unjust prejudices or policies.

Social injustice within social classes involves treatment of a group(s) of other people based on personally-held biases and prejudices. These prejudices most often manifest in sociological categories such as:

• Race
• Gender
• Age
• Sexual Orientation
• Religion
• Nationality
• Education
• Mental or Physical Ability

In order to to bring change to social injustice, we must treat each people equally. There should be any discriminations in terms of race, religion age , sex etc.
