I’m happy to introduce ourselves as a non-profit organization that works for the wellbeing of other people. We used to conduct regular meetings to discuss our programmes and future plans. We provide refreshments to the participants and since it’s a regular programme, we would like to get into a business partnership with a company whose products are trustworthy and have value for the price. Many of our members are already familiar with your product and they have all recommended to purchase your product. I believe that entering into a business partnership would not only help us get products at a cheaper price but also would promote your products, since we would have posters and banners of your drinks during our gatherings. So, I propose to have a business partnership with your company for mutual benefit.
