It has been observed that there are many causes of increasing wage inequality in America due to trade and technology. Due to technology, the laborers are not able to get their salary and they remain unemployed and it indicates that the growth of technology has increased the income gaps. In addition globalization and other factors such as gender also because of the main cause of wage inequality. In past history to reduce wage inequality, the minimi=um wages have increased and the income tax was maximized, and by eliminating the gender income gaps. In the modern era, the government should focus on reducing inequality and poverty by proving equal opportunities to both males and females along with rich and poor peoples. In addition by providing education opportunities to everyone can help people to minimize wage inequality from the country.
