Answer #1

In order to make a classmate of mine to say kind things to me, I can use a reinforcement behaviour or a shaping behaviour. Reinforcement is where a person is given some negotiations or behaviours that could change their behaviour to be in a form that we would want to be. Since, one of the best forms to make someone agree with something is food, the second best could be helping with studies and homework. I could help the friend in asking them that I would help them with their homework until the midterm or they could learn any concept from me, that they are not familiar with, it would be beneficial to them. Food is a one time shaping object, but a regular help with homework could make them persistently behave well with me and be kind.
