Answer #1

Answer-1- We need to gather many facts to find out that this person is the bomber because it would not be right to catch an innocent man. If he is the bomber, he must have some proofs with him. His activites can be noticed through CCTV cameras. His body language would be different than the common people. We would check his cell phone and laptop to get more information. All these things would help us to find out whether he is the bomber or not.

Answer- 2- If we are sure that the suspect has some connection with this incident, we would surely use torture to extract information from him because thousands of lives are in danger. If he is not ready to tell us the truth then torture would be the only solution to save the people and destroy the bomb.
