The personality testing is an important part of work so that corporates and employers organize personality testing to find good and efficient employees. Personality testing in the workplace can help the employees and employers to achieve goals if we take them for a positive purpose, but it has some negative aspects.
Personality testing in the workplace can be used to humiliate an employee which would affect their efficiency and productivity and led them to the stress and depression.
In my opinion, the personality testing in the workplace is good but not necessary because we cannot asses any person’s nature and efficiency at the single moment so that we need to give them time to adjust with work and work culture. Indirect personality assessment is good to find appropriate employees but direct personality testing in the workplace can cause ethical and social issues.
