Human beings are social animals and much of our everyday life is marked by interpersonal communication and interaction. The study and understanding of human relationships can help us in our personal and professional settings, and as a result, assist us in achieving success in it. The better our human relations, the more likely we are to grow as humans. Knowing how to get along with others, resolving conflict, managing relationships, communicating well, and making good decisions are all skills that improve our relationships.
