Larry Hoover or Larry King was a notorious criminal and gang leader, his famous gang, the Black gangster was alleged with a large number of criminal activities. Larry Hoover, Jeff Fort, and King Tone got their power from the drug dealing, kidnapping and assaults, they were the symbol of crime and drug trafficking. The criminal personality is still attracting youths and adolescence because they show the power of money as well as the freedom to do anything.
Many times I personally experienced that the role of movies and TV help these criminals to attract youths and adolescence. The hunger for power and money bring people to follow these criminals.
These leaders manage a group and assign work according to the capability of people work for them so that they can work behind the bars, they use the power of money and relations so that they can work from any place.
Jeff Fort or Abdul Malik was a famous gang leader and his gang, Black P stone were alleged with illegal arms supply, he got his power from outsourcing of criminal activities and arms supply rather than drug trafficking.
In my opinion, Gang leaders run their activities by capable groups, they also help criminals inside the prison so that they could work from behind the bars.
