Confucius philosophy is

In active form

You have to behave with others in a manner like you want to for you from others.

In passive form

this is We need to rise up and try to be independent and then helps others in their problems.We must be successful and then help others to be too in their tough times

Mencius philosophy is

Mencius said about love is only one the love like or hate anyone. Compassionate heart is love

Right thing is knowing about shame and being hatred.Shame is about for ourself and Hatred is for others.This is the difference in their philosophy for love.

These are the differences between Confucius and Mencius.
