Reality therapy is used widely by many psychologists to help give direction and support to clients when they come for their routine sessions.

Reality therapy dwells in the present. The por one with this technique is that America's are open to it and almost welcome it but East Asian and Southerneast Asians find this technique a bit too intrusive. They think it to be impolite to have a counselor probe so much into their lives.

Even in psyoanysis, wherein the component of a persons past are probed and matters which seem dark are probed, they seem to get uncomfortable with indulgence.

Discriminatory behavior and stereotyping their people is the biggest social injustice they face. By dissemination of knowledge with respect to their culture, the social injustice can be curbed.
