Communication in a small group is interpersonal and more than just talking.it can mean body language,passive communication or agressive communication.verbal communication focuses on the way we use words,out tone ,how well we convey the information. Its best not use jargon words,high tone to convey as in convincing care must taken when implying verbal cues.when the group is smaller interaction among .Memers in the group are either active or passive listeners.In a small group conflicts can be resolved easily, respect each other and arriving at a decision is easier.
