Social Bond theory: It was given by Travis Hirschi in 1969 AD.
There are four main elements of this theory:
1.   Attachment
2.   Commitment
3.   Involvement in criminal activities.
4.   common value system in the society.
For example: The rate of crime is higher in California as compare to other states, but it is not correct that citizens of California have higher level of biological and mental problems than many other states.
According to this theory only biological explanation is not sufficient for crime pattern profiling and detection.
