One of the most important factors affecting this world today is maintaining wellness while at the same time facing the social, economic and political challenges life brings. People live in a tremendous state of stress and they are living a restless life. The industrial revolution, the individualistic society, the freedom that people got, the unemployment scenario, the broken families, increased use of drug abuse and violence all put people in an unhealthy life style. The increased development in technology has made people lazy and couch potatoes thus not caring about their health. The fast food culture has put many people in the obese group thus the society is facing new health challenges. People put their materialistic life style before their wellness.
