What is the reason for having a dual court system in the United States?
One of the main reasons for having dual court system is to limit the Federal power from overriding the state governments thus creating courts for each state. Second most important reason is that the Federal courts cannot resolve or hear the huge volume of cases that are presented in the country. Third reason is that the Federal Courts needed to focus on more serious matters than issues in the society such as theft, fight between people etc. The final benefit will be that the state governments can plan their resources, number of courts etc. on their own without waiting for the approval from the Federal government.
