I will incorporate spiritual values, cultural considerations, and personal values in my coaching by learning about the religion and culture of my client. Since each religion has its own set of spiritual values, I will learn them and try to incorporate them in my client by telling him the benefits of incorporating spiritual values such as reduction of stress and more calm and contained life. By communicating with my client and making him feel the importance of his cultural considerations and personal values; I will try to incorporate the cultural considerations, and personal values as this gives satisfaction and a sense of belonging to the client.
