As a pharmacy techinician i have the primary duty of dispensing drugs to the patients.Explaining to the patients if need be about the drug and its side effects and how long it should be taken.Update the doctors of latest drugs that have been introduced in the market by other pharmaceutical companies.Working with insurance companies on behalf of the hospital.Updating the pharmacy with drugs required as and when needed.Delivering medication to other departments in the hospitals.Assists the patients and doctors by greeting them and answering to all their quiries.Protecting the patients and employees by following the infection control policies.Maintaining a clean and safe pharmacy ensuring there are no expired drugs.
