Would you consider choosing feminist, solution-focused, or narrative therapies when counseling individual clients, marriage clients, and family clients? Why or why not?

Answer #1

I would use Narrative Therapy while dealing with individuals as this therapy would focus on the values, skills and knowledge that individuals have and help them solve their issues using them. So it would be more individualistic and the individual will be able to identify them as these three relates to them.

I would use Solution Focused Therapy that focuses on the present and future rather than living in the past for Marriage and Family Clients –. This is a collaborative and goal directed therapy that focuses more time in finding solutions rather than with the problem because keep talking about the past and problem will only cause more resentment.
