Modern organizations are changing with the adaptation of newer information as the advancements in technology have decreased the time needed to complete a task, or in some cases eliminate a business process or job function. At times implementing new forms of technology has rendered certain job duties obsolete in some industries. Modern organizations have become more swift as the exchange of data and information is very fast due to technological advancement. Getting feedback from the customers is also possible with the increase in the use of the internet.
