Justification with appropriate reasons for legalisation of marijuana-

1- Marijuana is not as harmful as either tobacco, cigarettes and alcohol. But truth/ reality is that cigarettes, alcohol and tobacco are legal. Hazards like cancer and cardiac or lever related disorders tend to occur due to tobacco use and alcohol consumption. Marijuana is not with such complications like the extent of these.

2- Marijuana better works in the context of seizure and the pain control.

3- It will generate employment and elevate government revenue as well.

4- Arrests rates will definitely go down.

5- Crime rates and the number of street gangs will get significantly reduced.
