Answer #1

1. Love refers to a strong feeling of fondness, affection and intimacy. In my view, loving someone entails valuing another individual’s happiness at par with or even greater than how much I value my own.

2. Passionate love is usually experienced at the beginning of the relationship and is short-term. It involves a mix of intense emotions such as desire, lust, attraction and arousal. On the other hand, companionate love is based friendship, having common interests, having trust in each other. It is long lasting and develops when two individuals have spent sufficient time with each other.
