Experiences and perspectives are unique to every individual. These experiences are perspectives are greatly shaped by their ideas, beliefs, culture they come from etc.

Outsider artists have perspectives and experiences that are often unique. Artists with a strong influence of collectivist ideology often provide perspective in their art that is people oriented. Cultures with religious influence would have an artistic perspective heavily influenced by religion and their work would greatly reflect these ideologies.
