Answer #1

Problem-solving is a skill we use in our daily quite a lot without even realizing sometimes and it is a strategy or a plan of action to find a solution to a problem

Trial and error is a strategy of problem-solving that we use every day as a lot of times our mobile phones malfunction so we try to switch them off and then restart them and troubleshoot or solve the problem in front of us. We apply this trial and error until we can fix our daily life issues to find the apt solution to our everyday problems

Review Conceptual Example 3 and the drawing as an aid in solving this problem. A conducting rod slides down between two frictionless vertical copper tracks at a constant speed of 5.9 m/s perpendicular to a 0.52-T magnetic field. The resistance of the rod and tracks is negligible. The rod maintains electrical contact with the tracks at all times and has a length of 1.3 m. A 0.56- resistor is attached between the tops of the tracks. (a) What is the...
