Condition One: The mean should be used in this case because the variability in the scores is low.

Condition Two: The median should be used in this case because there is a high degree of variability in the scores and the mean seems to have been distorted due to the presence of extreme scores.

Condition Three: The mean should be used in this case because the variability in the scores is low.
