Whether it's civil rights or human rights both are equally important topic because civil rights talks about societal rights whereas, human rights talks about individuals right. Both of these are inter connected and inter related as individuals make society.

There are many social activist who fought for individuals and civil and human rights and they gave their life to fought for the interest of civilians for their civil rights. Civil and human rights includes rights in relation to equal treatment of all people in the societyb, as all people are equally and no discrimination should be done with any one. Every person should have right to get right to education, right to vote, right to choose any religion etc. So we can say that civil and human rights are essential topic.
