Briefly discuss your thoughts on the firearm background checks. Are background checks necessary?

Federally licensed gun sellers are required to run background checks. Once they’re licensed, they are required to conduct background checks on all buyers. But not all sellers are required to be licensed. Private sellers without a federal license don’t have to meet the same requirement. Some of those unlicensed sellers sell at gun shows. In my view, this is s major loophole in the gun control law. Background checks should be compulsory while selling firearms to reduce potential misuse in the future.
