Answer 1 a) The concept of self talk is very important to me as an adult educator because through it I am able to acknowledge the positive and negative aspects in me. I get to know how should I improve my teaching methodology and it helps me to self assess myself and to know whether I am a good teacher for students or not.

Answer 1 b) Three steps to change my self talk as an adult educator is as follows-

1) Focussing on how can be a change agent for students at a large scale.

2) Focussing on positive aspects of myself rather than negative.

3) Questioning myself as to whether I am fulfilling all the responsibilities as a true teacher or not .
