Qualitative research focuses on people behavior and their intensions social interest and social behavior. This also includes indepth knowledge that is why qualitative research is best but the drawback of qualitative research is that it is time consuming.

2- Reliability

Qualitative research is reliable and valid but this depends upon researcher who conduct this study. If he uses correct techniques of research then qualitative research are reliable.

But definiation of reliability varies from people to people.
