I believe, any advertisement that contains a lot of boring information, too much written content and less expressiveness guaranttedly creates boredom with sleep affect.

But if here, you mean that the advertisement must be soothing enough for the viewer that out of relief he/she feels sleepy, then I would suggest to incorporate such psychologically curated ,composed music which brings slumberness after it strikes the human eardrums.

Or maybe, one can include soothing scenic beauty which is meant to create calm and warmth among human beings. So in such case, one must use psychologically tested pictures and sound which are believed to bring the humman brain to such level of calmness that it feels to sleep.
