What are the mental health consequences of a man (on himself) who lives in a culture that is patriarchal?

In patriarchal culture mental health is talked about in a hushed tones. Men are the biggest victims as they are taught right from the beginning that bring vulnerable is "unmanly".Many men suffers silently because the fall short of the ideal of a "perfect man".

Since anger is the only acceptable emotions in men, they often lash out their wives and children out of frustration. Since majority of the social, cultural, political and religious institutions are controlled by men,they design structures and rule with patriarchal mindset. The result with a culture with mental health stigma. The over reliance on logic and proof and rationality has led to total invalidation of intuition.
