1. REVIEW- Judith Allen Shelly and Arlene B. Miller define nursing through A Christian Worldview for Nursing- Nursing is a ministry of compassionate care for the whole person, in response to God's grace toward a sinful world, which aims to foster optimum health (shalom) and bring comfort in suffering and death for anyone in need. Nursing has been associated with medicine and treated as a synonym for medicine for years together. But nursing is much more beyond mere medicine.

2. DEFINITION OF HEALTH- In this context, health is defined as a sound state (of body, mind and heart) of harmony, peace, completeness, wholeness, tranquility and contentment.
