  • Generally, Islam and Confucianism don't resemble at all.For example,one worships the only God, while another worships ghosts of the ancestors and many deities.Second, Islam regard retribution after death(heaven and hell) as important, while Confucianism keeps ambiguous attitude.
  • Despite of that, they have some similarity.Muhammad and Confucius are also politician.Muhammad leads his followers and fight for his ideal society. Confucius and his pupils wondered in countries all over China to seek political position and one of them Zilu died in a battle.Doing good deeds and exercising civic-mindedness are some of the similarities between Islam and Confucianism.
