SELF - SERVING BIAS :- A self-serving bias is cognitive process that is distorted by to the need of maintain self esteem, or perceiveing onself in overly favourably manner. It is the belief that individual describe there success and efforts . With the help of motivional or cognitive process self - serving bias enhance. It means when an individual reject the negative feedback and focus on only there strength and acheivements but, overlook their faults and weekness, take more responsiblities and do more work in groups too.

POSITIVE ILLUSIONS :- Positive illusions are means to unrealistic favourable attitude that people have toward themselves or people who you are close to them. Positive illusion are a form self - deception and self enhancement.
